The online ordering shop is a separate service, run at shop.restaurant-lierneux.be on the DigiCommerce platform. Orders, payments and related data are governed by its own terms and conditions and its own privacy policy.
Sales
This website does not sell anything directly. Orders are placed in the online shop, whose terms and conditions are shown and accepted before payment: they are the ones that apply. The seller is Don Vito SRL. Orders are picked up at the restaurant or delivered within 30 km.
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The applicable price is the one shown in the online shop when you order, delivery fees included.
The fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that spoil quickly, nor to orders prepared to your specifications (article VI.53, 3° and 4°, of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). A quality problem, however, can be reported and settled with us.
Food information
Our dishes are sold non-prepacked. Information on the fourteen allergen categories that must be declared is given on request, by phone or at the counter, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 and the Belgian rules for non-prepacked food.

Please contact us first: by phone, by email at donvitopates@gmail.com, or at the counter, Sur les Thiers 32, 4990 Lierneux. That is the quickest way.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the Consumer Mediation Service, North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, +32 2 702 52 20, contact@mediationconsommateur.be. Belgian law applies.
